User Experience Work

In the past few years, I’ve broadened my skill set by earning a certificate in UX from General Assembly. Through this program, I solved a design problem for a fictional app by conducting user research and developing new features based on the resulting feedback.
I also worked with former Designer Mentorship startup, Local Heroes, to add features to previously operating car buying app, Beepi.
Below, you’ll find those projects.

Final Project, General Assembly Certificate in UX

The goal of this certificate program, was to solve a design problem for fictional app, Travel Gnome. To improve the app, I  conducted user research, developed user personas, user stories, prioritized features, created user flows, wireframes, a prototype in InVision, culminating in a usability test. Project details are linked below.

Feature Prototype (Beepi), Local Heroes

I worked with former Designer Mentorship startup, Local Heroes, to add features to previously operating car buying app, Beepi.

The goal of this collaboration was to create three new features to the Beepi App (sharing a poll with friends, voting through the poll, and receiving notifications via the app).

The project linked below is a user flow, created in Sketch.
